FullViz brings operational expertise from some of the world's largest companies.

FullViz was created to bring enterprise operations experience to growth-stage companies. Founded by Blake Lawson in 2021, he has the vision to provide fractional operations leadership to companies that are facing operational hurdles on their path to scale.

In his career, Blake has worked at Amazon and SAP, leading and launching new businesses and products in the retail (and software) spaces. His scope spans from brick-and-mortar operations, to business strategy and go-to-market planning. He has led multi-national teams and has helped create and scale multiple startups within these companies.

Blake excels at understanding customer needs, providing clarity, and framing and approaching their goals. He leads with a data-driven "customer first" focus and a deep sense of responsibility for creating and adding value to his client's businesses.
